No fitting instructions given, had to badger for them and the installation kit was missing the sealant tape. Not a good experience for me,I have now fitted the hardtop that was sold to me as nearly new but it is very much second hand, not impressed I have several friends looking for hardtop but will not recommend.

Thank you for completing our testimonial form. I wanted to look into your concerns further before replying. I have been informed of the following:- Wayne was originally booked for an 08:30 fitting but cancelled at lunchtime the day before which should have incurred the late cancellation fee. We should’ve charged but we didn’t. On 15th Wayne asked for fitting instructions. I referred the customer to our web page where the PDF’s and Videos are. I copied the web URL. Wayne said that the sealing tape was missing, along with screws. On the 16th I requested photos of what the customer had and once photos were received asked the team. Josh provided instructions from the factory on the morning of the 17th and I dispatched the missing parts the same day. I believe some of the issues were because we had prepped for a fitting which is a completely different protocol compared to delivering this directly, rather than going into our workshop. I apologise you have been unhappy with our service as we aim to please our customers.
