Instructions came in another language. Also require to buy various tools to fit the top. Rang up customer services and spoke to a chap called mark, who I advised about the instructions and he spoke to me like a child! Not worth the top money that you pay for these!!! Do not use!

Thank you for completing the review page, I am sorry the English copy of the fitting instructions were not including in your fitting kits – attached is a PDF copy if still required. Also a link to our fitting video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_BuXjhXwYV0#action=share I would like to apologise if you felt you were not spoken to correct but I cannot comment on this as I didn’t witness the call and we do not record our calls to listen back to this call, but please accept my apologises as we pride ourselves on our customer services. Please can you advise what additional tools you needed to fit this product as they only require a set of torx sockets, normal sockets and spanners and a large drill bit or hole cutter? We do sell hundreds of the Wildtrak Compatible Roller top as do not have any major problems, so if we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.
