Ordered canopy on Tuesday, told delivery would be Friday, after a call was made to your company Friday we were told that the canopy hasnt been dispatched yet as payment had not been received
then once your company realised payment had been made on the Tuesday when the canopy was ordered, were told that we would get the canopy 4 days later, and apparently at no extra cost!! How kind considering
we had already paid for delivery!! Our customer was not very happy, as he needed the canopy fitted for work purposes, so we had to lend our customer a truck at our inconvenience!

Dear Adam,
Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the issue you’ve experienced. Not that this is an acceptable excuse for the delay in delivery but we had a couple of members of staff absent as they were unwell on the day your payment was missed. The canopy was upgraded to a next working day delivery following your call. Subsequently to this incident, we have updated our system to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
