Unable to order correctly through website so ordered by phone. Payed by card and asked to be delivered to work, but was sent to the billing address and not my work address, so was just left outside until someone walked into it

We are currently updating our website at the moment so some products aren’t available through the e-commerce site. I think there was a misunderstanding regarding the addresses as we received two orders from you through the website with two different addresses. However I would like to apologise if this was our error.
