The lid initially arrived not long after order which was great. There was a puncture in the box but as I wasn't at home to inspect the delivery not much I could do. There appeared to be no damage to the lid. After reading instructions it was apparent they were generic and not specific to the vehicle, so I emailed Mark Jepcott but got no reply whatsoever. I have finally found the time to fit the lid this morning 29/01/17. A bit footery at times but straightforward when you get going. However, one of the latches does not work properly, you have to manually put the keep back into position every time you put the lid down. I also cannot get rid of one of the gaps between the seal and tailgate at the same side no matter how much adjustment from the keep or the latch. The central support bar appears bent but i'm not sure if this is on purpose or not as there are some foam packers behind it. Overall, this is an inferior product and I have already placed an order for the mountain top lid as I know these to be off quality. If i'm lucky I may get 2 thirds of my money back selling this on ebay but more like half. As you couldn't respond first time i'm sure you are not interested in providing refunds. Be aware, reputation is everything.

If you can please supply photos and explanation of issue, we will try to help you get a successful fitting. We have sold hundreds of this top without complaint, although we have helped customers with fitting questions, so I am sure we can sort this to a satisfactory conclusion.

The cab is 3 years old and the back door leaked resulting in the handle not to lock! I had to get an independant window company to reseal the door and order a new handle from you and I received no help or information on how to do this even though it wasn't an easy task! And cost me over £150 in total even though I did it myself! I'd appreciate a phone call from yourself and I think you should post a you tube video on how to complete the task of re-fitting a new handle on 1 of ur cabs! In general I would be reluctant to purchase a cab from you due to problems I've faced recently! I hope to hear you about this matter

Thank you for your comments. We a unable to locate an original purchase invoice on our system for the hard top ? only a handle purchase. Did you purchase the top from us ? When ordering the replacement handle did you ask for fitting instructions ? as they are always available to send these by email if required. As with all products with moving parts, general maintenance is required to correct any issues that can naturally occur over time and usage. Good service and advice in with the purchase of the equipment. All was ready for pickup by DHL on time. The bed liner was unfortunately damaged during transport. Bed liner seems a little thinner in the material and is not as easy to install as the ones I previously purchased from Toyota. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase.
